In a twist of irony, Cosmopolitan Magazine told its readers babies can feel in the womb.
The magazine published an article Tuesday that showed ultrasound images of babies reacting to mothers who smoke while in the womb.
This is the same magazine that jumped into the 2014 elections with a hashtag campaign #CosmoVotes to support pro abortion candidates.
Let that sink in for a moment.
A magazine that thinks, and probably is correct, that unborn babies are affected by their mothers’ cigarette smoke while in the womb doesn’t automatically think about what kind of pain and suffering these babies endure while being murdered in the womb?
The hypocrisy was not lost on the Twitterverse.

.@Cosmopolitan but you still think it’s cool to straight up kill these little ones, right? Just not smoke with them in utero?

@MZHemingway The *unwanted* babies don’t have the same rights as the wanted ones.

@Cosmopolitan @AdamBaldwin So…how about their reaction when they’re aborted+ripped to pieces? Does that “disturb” you? #AbortionLogic101
— Michael Linton (@MBLinton) March 24, 2015
@Cosmopolitan @AdamBaldwin So which is it, just a mass of cells that can be destroyed at will, or a small human with feelings? Can’t be both

Imagine how they react when you kill them during an abortion. https://t.co/RmKII7khzE @Cosmopolitan

An abortion (killing the baby) is still cool though, right? RT @lexxmacc @Cosmopolitan for all of you horrible mothers who smoke 🙂
— RB (@RBPundit) March 24, 2015
@AdamBaldwin @MZHemingway And remember: it’s a ‘fetus’ when unwanted, a baby when wanted. Because Science!
