Another student official has been triggered by a fellow student writing a pro-Donald Trump message, going as far as to label the act as “racist violence”.
The student president of Scripps College in California sent out an email headed “Racist Incident” to students this past weekend.
The email written by Scripps senior Minjoo Kim read “This morning, a Mexican-American Scripps student woke up to find her whiteboard vandalized with the phrase: ‘#trump2016,’”
“This racist act is completely unacceptable.” Kim also wrote, claiming that the message could affect the “mental and emotional health” of students.

The student president promised the the culprit would be identified by campus security, and “held accountable for their actions.”
“Regardless of your political party, this intentional act of violence committed directly to a student of color proves to be another testament that racism continues to be an undeniable problem and alarming threat on our campus,” the email continued
“Actions and words have consequences,” Kim warned, adding “Think before you act.”
The incident comes a week after Emory University steps were daubed with pro-Trump messages in chalk, prompting some students to declare the messages threatening and traumatizing.
