Vice President Mike Pence talked about the future of space exploration in a speech at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
VP Pence discussed an upcoming manned mission to the moon, saying, “The next Americans who set foot on the Moon will start their journey by stepping through the @NASA_Orion hatch.”

“It is now the official policy of the United States of America that we will return to the Moon, put Americans on Mars, and once again explore the farthest depths of outer space,” said Pence.

Not only will The United States be returning to the moon, but Pence says we will establish “a permanent presence around and on the Moon.”
