Two men, reportedly dressed as women, ran a truck into a gate at Fort Meade where the National Security Agency is located.

One of the alleged attackers was killed and the second man wounded.
The FBI in Baltimore and the NSA police said they are investigating the shooting.
“The shooting scene is contained, and we do not believe it is related to terrorism,” said Amy J. Thoreson, a spokeswoman for the FBI.
Fort Meade has 29,000 civilian employees and 11,000 military personnel.
