TWO bombs have killed 38 people – including 30 police officers – in an “inhuman terror attack” at a football stadium in Istanbul.
The blasts, a car bombing and a suicide bombing, wounded 160 others just hours after the end of a match between two top teams at the Vodafone Arena on Saturday night.

Turkey’s Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu announced that 30 police officers, seven civilians and an unidentified person were killed.
At least 13 people have been arrested over the twin bombing and it is thought the outlawed Kurdistan Workers party (PKK) may be behind the attack.
Turkey’s deputy prime minister, Numan Kurtulmuş, said the attack was “clearly planned”, adding: “The arrows point at the PKK.”
CCTV footage is believed to have captured the moment the car bomb went off outside the arena – home of Champions League side Besiktas FC.
The footage shows a bus driving outside the arena, near Taksim square in the Turkish city, before the explosion.
