President Trump has slammed comments made on video by former Attorney General Eric Holder, who said at the weekend that former First Lady Michelle Obama’s infamous ‘when Republicans go low, Democrats go high’ comment should have been ‘when Republicans go low, we kick them.’

Holder made the remarks while speaking at a campaign event in Georgia. After Holder made the comment, the crowd erupted in applause and began shouting “fight, fight, fight.”

“That is what this new Democratic Party is about,” Holder said. “We’re proud as hell to be Democrats.”

The President rebuked Holder in a phone call to Fox News anchor Shannon Bream, noting “When I hear Holder making a statement like he did today, I think it’s a disgrace.”

Trump also weighed in on Hillary Clinton’s comments this week that Democrats cannot be civil with Republicans until control of Congress is won away from the GOP.

“Hillary, I really understand. She just doesn’t get it. She never did. She never will. And that’s why she lost the election.” Trump said, repeating comments he made earlier in the week.

“My rallies have been very peaceful and even at the beginning when there seemed to be conflict, they sent paid people to disrupt our rallies,” Trump continued.

“And when you do that, you know, bad things happen. But they were the ones that started everything. So noo, it wasn’t us. It was totally the other side.” The President added.

“I would have a rally and paid people were going into those rallies causing trouble. And in many cases, it didn’t work out so well for those people.” The President declared.
