GOP nominee Donald Trump countered Hillary Clinton’s efforts to associate him with far right wing groups by labeling her a ‘bigot’ and saying that he will do much more for minorities and people of color than Hillary would even consider.

Speaking at a Rally in Jackson, Mississippi Wednesday, Trump noted that Clinton is nothing more than a career politician who only cares about her own plight.
“Hillary Clinton is a bigot who sees people of color only as votes, not as human beings worthy of a better future,” Trump declared.
“She’s going to do nothing for African-Americans, she’s going to do nothing for the Hispanics. She’s only going to take care of herself, her husband, her consultants, her donors,” Trump said, adding “These are the people she cares about.”
Trump has pledged to help improve inner city areas, particular and black and Hispanic communities by improving the economy through trade and tempering immigration.
Trump has also said that Hillary and the Democratic party take black votes for granted.
Hillary is set to give a speech Thursday in which she will heavily focus on linking Trump with the “alt-right”.
Clinton is expected to focus in particular on Trump’s appointment of former Breitbart News executive Steve Bannon to CEO of his campaign.
Hillary is expected to tie in Breitbart and Bannon with white supremacist groups, despite the fact that both have vehemently rejected such ideology.
“He’s trying to appeal to David Duke and the racists of the world,” Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-N.Y.) said on a Clinton campaign conference call with reporters this week. “He’s trying to appeal to the worst of the white supremacists and others he’s been catering to in the campaign to try and help them with turnout.”
In an email statement, Clinton campaign manager John Podesta wrote “We intend to call out this ‘alt-right’ shift and the divisive and dystopian vision of America they put forth because it tells voters everything they need to know about Donald Trump himself.”
“Republicans up and down the ticket are going to have to choose whether they want to be complicit in this lurch toward extremism or stand with the voters who can’t stomach it,” Podesta added.
Hillary Clinton appeared on CNN Wednesday, albeit by phone, and slammed Trump, saying he is associating with ‘hate’ groups.

Clinton cited civil rights activist Maya Angelou by suggesting “Donald Trump has shown us who he is. And we ought to believe him.”
“He is taking a hate movement mainstream,” she continued. “He’s brought it into his campaign. He is bringing it to our communities and our country.”
“Someone who has questioned the citizenship of the first African-American president, who has courted white supremacists, who’s been sued for housing discrimination against communities of color, who has attacked a judge for his Mexican heritage and promised a mass deportation force, is someone who is very much peddling bigotry and prejudice and paranoia,” Clinton said.
Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos has previously responded to the Clinton campaign’s attempted smears, noting that to describe everyone who identifies with the ‘alt-right’ as racist comes straight from the Democratic playbook.
“Aside from a tiny constituency, the alt-right aren’t white supremacists,” Yiannopoulos wrote. “They would be better labeled as American supremacists, and count blacks, Asians, and yes even Hispanics among them.”
