GOP nominee Donald Trump lashed out at both Hillary Clinton and President Obama Wednesday, saying that neither of them are competent enough to be president.

Speaking at a rally in Sacramento, Trump was responding to comments from Obama earlier in the day suggesting that Trump doesn’t have serious proposals or policies, and makes promises he cannot keep.

“This is a president who doesn’t have a clue,” Trump said, adding “He’s going to start campaigning. Well, if he campaigns, that means I’m allowed to hit him just like I hit Bill Clinton, I guess right?”

“If he doesn’t, I don’t care. But if he campaigns, and I think he wants to, because he wants to keep this terrible agenda going where everybody is ripping us, where the world is ripping us off.” Trump continued.

Obama had suggested that Trump ‘usually doesn’t have an answer’ and only uses empty rhetoric when it comes to how he would improve the economy. “What magic wand do you have?” Obama stated.

The president also slammed Trump’s tax plan and promises to reverse Wall Street reform regulations as “crazy.”

During his speech, Trump once again attacked Hillary Clinton’s presidential credentials.

“She has no natural talents to be president. This is not a president,” Trump said, adding “This is not presidential material.”

“Honestly, she should not be allowed to run. It’s a disgrace to the laws of our country,” Trump said, bringing up the ongoing email scandal.

“I’ll tell you what. She doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing. It’s going to be another four years of disaster,” Trump said, also suggesting that Bernie Sanders would make a better president.

“But that’s not going to happen,” Trump declared.

The Republican nominee also repeated his assertion that Clinton wants to abolish the Second Amendment.

Earlier in the day, Clinton described Trump as “fraudulent”.

“Trump himself is a fraud. He is trying to scam America the way he scammed all those people at Trump U,” Clinton said at a rally in Newark.

“It’s important that we recognize what he has done, because that’s usually a pretty good indicator of what he will do.” Hillary told those gathered.
