As migrants continue to pour across EU borders into Germany, officials have warned that the country is being stretched to its limit.Although Germany has been viewed as ‘the promised land’ for thousands of migrants, Munich is struggling to find beds for all of the newcomers.More than 12,000 migrants arrived in Munich on Saturday alone and a similar number is expected today.

As Europe buckles under the strain of the migrant influx, thousands went out onto the streets yesterday to protest against the EU’s ‘unrealistic’ response.
