You won’t be seeing your local hipster barista writing this fact on your Starbucks coffee cup any time soon.

However, it completely demolishes the entire narrative underpinning the company’s ‘Race Together’ PR campaign, which tacitly supports the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement and promotes the notion of white guilt.

That’s not to say there isn’t a problem with police brutality being indiscriminately used against black people, there obviously is, but the notion that white people in America should feel guilty about it is completely asinine.

The fact is simple; White people in the United States are five times more likely to be victims of black violence than black people are to be victims of white violence.

According to the U.S. Justice Department’s 2010 National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS), 62,593 blacks were victims of white violence, while 320,082 whites were victims of black violence.

Claiming that there would be more black victims if their population was equal with whites also doesn’t wash, because there would also be an equal rise in the number of white victims.

This again highlights something we have repeatedly emphasized, the fact that violence within the black community is a massive problem which the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement has failed to address. 911 calls coming from predominately black communities are also going to make violent confrontations with police more likely.

93% of black people are killed by other blacks despite them making up only 13% of the population compared to 72% whites.

Nearly half of all homicides are also committed by black people despite them representing a fraction of the population, according to DOJ and FBI figures.

However, these “racist” facts have been completely overlooked by a movement which has completely failed to do any self-analysis, preferring instead to blame systematic racism and white people in general for violence against the black community.

The mainstream media and corporate America also feels safe in supporting ‘Black Lives Matter’ because the movement fails to acknowledge the role played by white-owned entertainment companies in promoting the “thug life” ghetto culture that influences many young black men to resort to criminality and violence.

Until the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement acknowledges these facts, it will only succeed in creating more racial tension by blaming white people for a problem which has nothing to do with them.
