Another shocking video which depicts a vicious racial attack has emerged showing a black couple beating a white woman while the man yells, “Wrong hood, bitch!”

The footage shows a man brutally punch the woman, causing her to fall to the ground. The incident occurred in Milwaukee’s north side.

A black woman then joins in the attack, as the couple are seen repeatedly stomping on the woman’s head, with the man shouting “Wrong hood, bitch!” over and over.

The attack was halted when an onlooker, also black, put himself in between the attackers and the victim.

“To see that actually all go down actually made me feel sorry. This is a human issue,” Community Activist Tory Lowe told Fox 6 Now.

“We have to see these things. It’s the real, ugly truth and if we don’t try to resolve these things before they get to this point, then we all have failed our community,” Lowe said.

Police in Milwaukee have analyzed the video, but say they do not know the victim or the attackers, and no reports have been made regarding the incident.

The ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement is prevalent in Milwaukee, and is being publicly backed by some local leaders.

However, it has recently caused tensions between the ‘protesters’ and locals, who have taken to removing the word “black” from ‘Black Lives Matter’ banners displayed around the city by Unitarian Universalist churches.

Former Milwaukee police commander David Clarke recently slammed the black lives matter movement, calling it a “Frankenstein’s monster” and a “collection of misfits.”

Clarke argued that the movement was intended to mobilize the black vote for the Democrats in the 2016 presidential election, and has gotten out of control.

“They created this monster, now they realize that, if you cannot continue to feed the beast, the beast will turn on you and eat you.” Clarke said on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show.

“Let’s take a look at this group, this Black Lives Matter, which I have renamed ‘Black Lies Matter,’ and the reason I have is because, this is the bastard child, as you know, of the ‘Hands up, don’t shoot.’ The whole thing is built on a lie. The whole premise is built on a lie. But it’s a conglomeration of misfits…” Clarke added.

“You have the Occupy movement, you have organized labor in on it now, you have criminals, you have black racialists, you have cop-haters, and anarchists have now formed together this full movement, if you will. No longer in the United States — and I think that I’m living proof of that — no longer can blacks as a whole claim victim status, except for one situation: They are victims to the Democrat Party in the United States of America, and what modern liberalism has done to the black family.” the former cop urged.

The latest racist assault comes in the wake of a series of disturbing attacks on white people by black attackers.

Recently released figures from the Bureau of Justice Statistics, discussed here by National Review Online, illustrate how the already chronic problem of black on white violent crime is if anything getting worse.

The statistics, obtained via the National Crime Victimization Survey, show that a black person is 27 times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa.

In 2012, blacks committed 560,600 acts of violence (excluding homicide) against whites, and whites committed 99,403 acts of violence (excluding homicide) against blacks, according to the data. This is staggering given that blacks only represent 13% of the American population.

Blacks are the attackers in 84.9% of incidents involving blacks and whites, the data shows.
