President Obama played a huge role in propagating major doubts over the possibility of a Donald Trump presidency.

In his trademark overconfident, often arrogant fashion, Obama attempted to reassure leftists in the nation that the big bad Donald Trump bogeyman would never become a presidential reality.

Now we can revel in the moments in which the outgoing Commander-in-Chief got it dead wrong.

During a visit with South-east Asian leaders in Rancho Mirage, California, in February, Obama said he felt Trump had no chance of occupying the Oval Office.

“I continue to believe that Mr. Trump will not be president. and the reason is because i have a lot of faith in the American people and I think they recognize that being president is a serious job. It’s not hosting a talk show or a reality show. It’s not promotion. It’s not marketing. It’s hard. And a lot of people count on us getting it right.”

In a recent appearance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, the president also had a scripted “mic drop” moment when he read “mean tweets” directed at him and again prognosticated a Trump defeat.

“President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States!” Obama stated, reading a tweet from then-Republican presidential candidate Trump.

“Well, @realdonaldtrump, at least I will go down as a president,” Obama said, dropping his “mic” smartphone.

And last year, the president told CBS’ 60 Minutes he believed Trump would not be elected.

“I don’t think he’ll end up being president of the United States.”

Fast forward to November 9, and here’s a video of Obama congratulating Trump on his presidential victory:
