UPDATE: Blacks Screamed “Kill the White People” Before Brutal Murder of Zemir Begic
Video shot in the immediate aftermath of the murder of Bosnian immigrant Zemir Begic in St. Louis features a local resident revealing how blacks had chanted “fuck the white people, kill the white people” before the brutal hammer attack which took Begic’s life.
Police in St. Louis have denied that a brutal hammer attack on a Bosnian man was racially motivated, with some suggesting the incident could be linked to the protests in Ferguson.

32-year-old Zemir Begic was driving in the early hours of Sunday morning when his car was approached by a gang of juveniles who began damaging the vehicle. When Begic exited the car to confront the teens, he was viciously assaulted with hammers, suffering injuries to the head, abdomen, face and mouth. Begic was taken to St. Louis University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Around 50 Bosnians gathered on Gravois Avenue at Itaska Street on Sunday night to protest the violent attack, prompting St. Louis police Chief Sam Dotson to reassure them that the incident was not racially motivated.
“There is no indication that the gentleman last night was targeted because he was Bosnian,” Dotson said. “There’s no indication that they knew each other.”
Police have refused to comment on the ethnicity of two suspects caught soon after the attack, but two other suspects who are being sought are a 16-year-old black male and a 15-year-old Hispanic.
The victim’s sister, Denisa Begic, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the attack was racially motivated.
“She said she knows some Bosnians are upset over her brother’s death because they believe the suspects, who are black and Hispanic, targeted Begic because he was Bosnian. She said she wants people to know her brother would not have judged them because of their race; he had friends of many racial and ethnic backgrounds,” states the report.
Unlike demonstrators in Ferguson, who looted and burned down stores owned primarily by minorities, Bosnian protesters refused to “damage (the) neighborhood they built.”

As Twitchy highlights, if a connection to protests over the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in nearby Ferguson is established, the story “could develop into something with national implications.”
According to one news blog, “Witnesses (said) the attackers had been seen protesting the death of Michael Brown before the attack,” although no proof for this claim is provided.
Numerous people took to Twitter to ask if the murder was connected to the unrest in Ferguson, while others complained that the Begic murder will not receive anywhere near the media attention as the shooting of Michael Brown.

Others also questioned why the media failed to highlight the race of of the suspects, as it is keen to do when black people are the victims of violence.

Several other Caucasians have been attacked by Ferguson protesters since the protests began, including Chris Schaefer, who was hospitalized after being targeted during a planning meeting at the Greater St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
In another incident, Ferguson demonstrators assaulted other white protesters during a street altercation.
Another video clip shows Ferguson protesters terrorizing a white driver as he slowly tries to leave the scene.
Footage uploaded to YouTube in October also shows Ferguson demonstrators attacking a young white man who ‘just wants to go home’.
Video shot over the weekend also shows Ferguson protesters terrorizing Caucasian shoppers and forcing them to leave a Target store.
