While the nation’s mainstream media continues to obsess over the heinous Charleston shooting, two other mass shootings occurred this past weekend in Detroit and Philadelphia, but were barely covered at all, despite the fact that 19 people were shot and 1 person killed.
In Detroit Saturday night, one person was killed and 9 were wounded after a block party turned into a mass shooting:

As reported by The Detroit News, Detroit Police Chief James Craig labeled the culprit/s “urban terrorists”:
“This is a passionate plea for the neighborhood to say something and step up,” Craig said, standing a few feet from a small child’s chair and a table. “These are urban terrorists … We are fortunate we don’t have any young children recovering from a gunshot wound.”
A similar situation unfolded in Philadelphia when a block party descended into chaos.

Ten people were hospitalized, including three children.

Lieutenant John Walker told reporters that an 18-month-old girl was hit in the neck, an 11-year-old boy was shot in the leg and back and a 12-year-old-boy was struck in the chest. There were also apparently two blasts from a shotgun. It is remarkable that no one was killed.
Police believe that the gunfire was a result of ongoing feuding between two groups of people.
“Neighbors were out there, trying to do the right thing, getting together, having a good time. That quiet and peaceful event was shattered by some people who are trying to deal with something that happened a few weeks ago.”
The two shootings constituted black on black violence, and as such do not neatly fit the constant barrage of race baiting division currently being pumped out by the mainstream media.
This is why you probably didn’t hear about the incidents until now.

As Infowars has consistently highlighted, cold hard facts and figures show that there is a hugely disproportional problem of violent crime among the black American population.
You will not hear about this from the corporate media, however, which continues to project the narrative that black people are being unfairly targeted by predominantly white police officers and a racist criminal justice system in the United States continues to dominate.
