A Miami Police officer fired, and investigation under way after a disturbing video is released.
Near Liberty Square in Miami, an anonymous person taking cell phone video capturing an arrest hat turned violent.
On the video, an officer leads a handcuffed suspect in to the car apparently without incident and then begins punching that suspect.
The officer’s name hasn’t been released.
