Despite authorities in the UK attempting to blame the stabbing of six people in London this week on “mental illness,” it has since emerged that the 19-year-old Somalian culprit behind the attack was a “devout Muslim” who once expressed support for an alleged Al-Qaeda member.

Zak Bulhan launched a six minute rampage on Wednesday night which left five people injured and the wife of an American professor dead in the Russell Square area of the capital.

After initially circulating reports that a “white chubby man” was responsible for the attack, the media subsequently reported that Bulhan, an immigrant of Somali origin, was the culprit, yet press outlets still bizarrely insisted on calling him “Norwegian”.

Within hours of the stabbings, authorities signaled that “mental health” problems and not terrorism was the main motivation behind the attack, an obvious attempt to calm fears that Islamic terrorism had once again struck Europe after a series of bloody incidents in France and Germany.

However, it has since emerged that Bulhan could easily have been inspired by ISIS spokesman Abu Mohammed al Adnani’s call for would-be jihadists to launch stabbing attacks against western “disbelievers”.

According to Bulhan’s former school friend Rakesh Naidu, the killer “was a devout Muslim and he would passionately defend it.”

Another student from Bulhan’s school year also told the London Evening Standard, “This is the first I have heard of him having mental health problems.”

Bulhan’s neighbor also revealed that his mother “always wore a full black burka”.

In addition, a comment left on a news story back in 2014 under Zak Bulhan’s name expresses support for Moazzam Begg, an Islamist who admitted attending an Al-Qaeda training camp and offering financial support for terrorists. Begg was also charged with terrorist activities by the British government in 2014, although the case was subsequently dropped.

As we reported earlier this week, some evidence indicates that an attempted car bomb attack in London was covered up by authorities to prevent panic.

Could the Islamist motive behind Bulhan’s stabbing rampage, which was celebrated by ISIS, also be the subject of a cover-up?
