The capital city’s new surveillance system allows police to pan, zoom and recall footage at 10 key locations, with more to come by next summer.

Already, the cameras – which aren’t constantly monitored, but always are recording – have helped make Harrisburg officers make arrest, said Capt. Colin Cleary Friday.
