At Wednesday’s GOP Debate, the question of funding Planned Parenthood came up and most of the candidates had good answers. Ted Cruz’s answer, which TruthRevolt will post when available, was particularly good.
However, for pure, visceral impact, nobody came close to the powerful answer Carly Fiorina gave on the group and their enablers across the political aisle:
“Anyone who has watched this video tape .. I dare Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, to watch these tapes. Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, its heart beating, its legs kicking, while someone says we have to keep it alive to harvest its brain. This is about the character of our nation, and if we will not stand up and force President Obama to veto this bill, shame on us.”
TruthRevolt has offered extensive commentary on the undercover videos showing what is going on at Planned Parenthood. Carly is exactly right that watching the videos changes minds. And she is devastatingly right about the disgusting disregard for a serious issue that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have shown with their dismissive, if not imperious, refusal even to watch them or consider the opinions of the American people.
