Former President Bill Clinton claimed Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan is racist, but Clinton used the slogan himself in 1991.

“That message, I’ll give you America great again — If you’re a white southerner, you know exactly what it means,” Clinton said at a political rally in Orlando, Florida. “What it means is I’ll give you the economy you had 50 years ago and I’ll move you back up the social totem pole and other people down.”

But Clinton used the slogan himself during a speech in 1991:
