MSNBC host Chris Matthews did not recieve an answer from Democrat National Committee Chair, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), when he asked her to explain the difference between a Democrat and a Socialist.

“What is the difference between a Democrat and a Socialist?” Matthews asked on Thursday’s Hardball program.

Wasserman Schultz chuckled in response.
