Never Trumper and CNN commentator Matt Lewis broke ranks with many of his colleagues by slamming the media for failing to call out Antifa mob violence.
“It’s funny. When I criticize Trump (which is often!) I am treated as a “serious,” “thoughtful,” and “intellectually honest” conservative. When I criticize the Left, I’m basically a fascist. (I’m gonna keep criticizing both sides when they’re wrong!),” tweeted Lewis as he warned about the “radicalization” of the left.

Lewis then spent much of yesterday defending himself against attacks from leftists who accused him of helping those who are trying to “destroy the country”.
Lewis’ comments are interesting because as a Never Trumper, he cannot be accused of pandering to Trump supporters.
Antifa was in the news again this week after video out of Portland showed far-left thugs trying to block and direct traffic while threatening anyone who disobeyed with violence and calling them “white supremacists”.
Another clip shows an elderly man being chased down while one of the leftists encourages the others to beat him up.
