British police have started kettling protesters in St. Paul after they arrived in their thousands as part of the ‘Occupy London Stock Exchange’ movement in the UK capital.

Sources said police have started to kettle protesters in a bid to be able to control them and prevent masses to occupy other areas as crowds continue pouring into the protest venue.

“Kettling” is a controversial tactic used by the police and the police chief has said strong new tactics will be on the cards.
