Michael Bloomberg’s gun control group is endorsing Hillary Clinton for president.
Everytown for Gun Safety said Friday it is backing Clinton, just days before her California primary challenge against Bernie Sanders.
“Hillary Clinton is the only candidate who is willing to take on the gun lobby,” said Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, which is partnered with Everytown.
“Donald Trump talks about making America great again, but Hillary Clinton has made it clear she’s going to make America safe again,” Watts told The Hill.
