In another bizarre propaganda drive, ISIS “activists” are taking to social media in an attempt to reach out to black protesters in Ferguson and elsewhere in the US, declaring that there is no racial divide when it comes to The Islamic State.
Advocates for the terror group are tagging ‘#Ferguson’ in their posts on Twitter and Facebook, in an effort to tap into isolated racial disharmony in America and spread their twisted message.
The messages all encourage black Americans in Ferguson to accept Islam into their lives and join the militants in building a new society.
“Hey blacks, ISIS will save you,” one tweet states with a picture of a pair of black hands behind the bars of the American flag, as if in a prison, juxtaposed with an ISIS flag. The tweet is tagged “#IS #Ferguson #WakeUpAmerica”.

Another, also tagged ‘#Fergsuon’ and ‘#ISIS VS #USA’, states “Islam is the solution!” with a caption that states Islam “does not differentiate… we are all brothers in religion.”

Clearly attempting to further divide America along racial lines, another tweet states : “The islamic state deal with people according to their religion because this is only one can choose it black=white in #IS #isis”

Another post shows a handwritten letter “From #IS 2 Ferguson”, which promises to send “soldiers that don’t sleep” to Ferguson if they “accept Islam” and swear allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. “We heard your call, we are ready to respond,” the notes also reads.

A further image shows a blood covered axe, superimposed onto an image of firefighters in Ferguson tackling a huge blaze. The caption of the image reads “#IslamicState #Ferguson #coming.”

Perhaps the most sinister post uses the image of Malcolm X, with some of his quotes about Islam taken out of context. The tweet urges ‘#Ferguson’ to remember that “many of your forefathers perhaps were Muslim.”

While the famed activist was accused of fomenting violence in his time, it is beyond preposterous to suggest that Malcolm, X who was assassinated by Nation of Islam members for eventually repudiating the group, would have supported hacking off the heads of women and children in the name of Islam.
The ISIS fanatics behind the posts have routinely attempted to glom on to international social media trends to spread propaganda. Earlier this year a number of posts were made in reference to the Scottish independence referendum and the World Cup.
