Whistleblower information about the misuse of “administratively uncontrollable overtime” by some U.S. Border Patrol agents has been confirmed, according to the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General.

The Office of Inspector General released a 14-page audit saying some agents were paid overtime hours for being CrossFit Instructors.
