An Air Force major general is recovering this morning after fainting at a Pentagon briefing, and the whole thing was caught on camera.

Major General James Martin Jr., fainted at the podium as he was discussing the Air Force budget.

He was eventually taken to another room, and then later to a hospital as a precaution.
