Commissioner Mastrodicasa was one of seven members to take time to respond, claiming she would not sign a petition for a new investigation even while knowing the 9/11 crimes have never been investigated. — Occam’s razor prescribes a simple default conclusion that a crime not investigated is a crime in need of investigation. — Therefore, It matters not that evidence associated with a crime is not somehow interesting enough to apply commitment to a commissioner’s oath of office.

Instead, it is incumbent on the Commission to take a public position on a crime having consequences to the health, safety and welfare of local citizens, businesses and institution.
