A Windsor police officer attempted to cross into the U.S. via the Detroit border with cocaine Saturday, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy says.
David M. Bshouty, 31, was off-duty when arrested at the Ambassador Bridge International Border Crossing in Detroit.
“It is alleged that Bshouty was found to be in possession of cocaine at the time he was crossing into the United States from Windsor, Ontario,” Worthy’s office said in a statement Tuesday.
