WikiLeaks is trying to encourage more people to “leak early, leak often” by arguing that had they received the John Podesta emails earlier, Bernie Sanders could have been the Democratic nominee for president.
All throughout the primary process, many Sanders backers believed that the Democratic primary and the media was all stacked in Hillary Clinton‘s favor. And some of the emails WikiLeaks released shows at least a level of coziness between the Clinton campaign, certain members of the media, and certain Democrats who publicly professed their neutrality.
But WikiLeaks is legitimately arguing that if this email dump happened a long while ago, Clinton would have not become the Democratic nominee for president:
Leak early, leak often: If WikiLeaks had obtained Clinton emails earlier, US voters could have chosen Sanders v Trump. So do it. Do it now.

@FanoJung The DNC primary frauds would have been harder to conduct if we had been in a position to expose then at the time.
