I show you why and how I make bread at home.

Here’s my current recipe for a 900 gram loaf:

2 big spoons olive oil (using bread machine provided spoon)
330 ml lukewarm water
18 g sugar
300 g flour
3 g yeast
3.1 g salt

Use normal program at light crust setting.
