A man wearing a “CNN is Fake News” shirt was kicked out of the network’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, over the weekend.

Well we were enjoying the Atlanta Boat Show and went for a dinner break at the CNN building. Got kicked out for a T-shirt our friend wore. #scaredofthefirstamendment #freedomofspeech

Footage of the incident appeared on Facebook Saturday showing a CNN security guard demanding the man leave.

“Well we were enjoying the Atlanta Boat Show and went for a dinner break at the CNN building. Got kicked out for a T-shirt our friend wore,” the person who posted the video on Facebook wrote, including the hashtags #scaredofthefirstamendment and #freedomofspeech.

“So I’m getting kicked out for having a CNN shirt,” the man being evicted says. “This is the country we’re living in right now.”

The network may be on edge after a 19-year-old in Michigan was investigated by the FBI last week for phoning in threats of violence to CNN which mentioned “fake news.”

The ejection is reminiscent of an incident last November in which a 7th grader was punished by his school for wearing a “Fake News Network” shirt to the cable outlet’s headquarters.
