In a tense exchange, CNN journalist Chris Cuomo repeatedly fixated on Donald Trump’s use of Twitter during an interview with Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, prompting her to ask “why do you care?”

“Why take it up? Why take up ‘SNL’? No president does that. Why waste time? Why distract?” Cuomo asked, referring to Trump’s use of social media to call out his critics and detractors.
“Why do you care?” Conway shot back, explaining that Trump has millions of followers on social media and it is the best way to reach them.
“Who’s to say he can’t do that? Make a comment — spend five minutes sending a tweet, making a comment,” Conway urged.
Cuomo’s lack of understanding as to why Trump voices opinions on social media shows just how out of touch the mainstream media is with the American people.
Trump won the election because he was able to speak directly to the people, and bypass the blatant media bias that would have otherwise obliterated his campaign.
“Sometimes he’s trying to cut through the nonsense of people telling Americans what’s important to them.” Conway declared.
Conway claimed Cuomo was assigning “wrongdoing” and “malice” where it it shouldn’t be, and “focusing on divisions”.
“I think we should all learn from the election that this doesn’t fly with the voters,” she noted.
“This network and other people will always be focused on divisions. How about accepting the election results, Chris, and letting him form a government?” Conway said, adding “He is a leader and takes the counsel of many people, and that’s exactly what he’s doing.”
Trump used Twitter once again this weekend to call out Saturday night live for continuing to slam his election win before he takes office, and to critcise the cast of the musical play Hamilton, who singled out Vice President elect Mike Pence, merely for attending the show.
I watched parts of @nbcsnl Saturday Night Live last night. It is a totally one-sided, biased show – nothing funny at all. Equal time for us?

The Theater must always be a safe and special place. The cast of Hamilton was very rude last night to a very good man, Mike Pence. Apologize!
