“That is a really serious matter. There is something really wrong with you,” the Ugandan president said.

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on Monday signed a controversial law that will see homosexuals jailed for life, and dismissed warnings from key foreign allies and donors including the United States.

Museveni said he could not understand how one could “fail to be attracted to all these beautiful women and be attracted to a man” instead and described in lurid detail his particular revulsion to oral sex.

“That is a really serious matter. There is something really wrong with you,” the 69-year-old said of gay men.
