A 2012 Republican candidate who sought a seat in the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Georgia claims the militias are on high alert in response to Jade Helm, a “realistic” military training exercise which will involve the Green Berets, Navy Seals, and the 82nd Airborne Division in nine states.
