Abdullah al-Zaher was arrested after attending a protest in 2012, when he was 15 years old.
His family says he was beaten and then tortured until he would sign a confession. The 19-year-old is set to be beheaded and then crucified imminently. Zaher’s family has spoken out and pleaded for help to save the teenager.
