SADIQ Khan has sparked fury after revealing plans to introduce more gender neutral public toilets across London to help trans and non-binary people feel comfortable.
The Mayor of London is due to make the announcement later today as part of his London Plan – his planning strategy for the capital – which will call on developers to provide more gender neutral facilities in public places, such as shopping centres and leisure facilities.
Mr Khan wants to introduce more unisex toilets with individual cubicles that can be used by either gender as well as the disabled and parents with babies.
