A new Rasmussen poll has found that American voters believe Hillary Clinton has more to hide than her opponent Donald Trump.

According to a national telephone and online survey, 50 percent of likely voters say the Democratic nominee has more to hide while 29 percent believe Trump has more to hide.

“Seventy-nine percent (79%) of Republicans think Clinton has more to hide, and nearly one-in-four Democrats (23%) agree. While 55% of Democrats think Trump has more to hide, just eight percent (8%) of voters in his party share that view,” the report states.

Most interestingly, unaffiliated voters overwhelmingly agreed that Clinton, not Trump, had more to hide.

“Among voters not affiliated with either major political party, 50% think Clinton has more to hide, while 20% say Trump does,” the report continues.

A majority of voters also disagreed with the FBI’s decision regarding Clinton’s private email server and felt the former secretary of state was “influenced by donations made to the Clinton Foundation.”
