PORTSMOUTH – A police command post is being set up near an occupied Greyhouse bus that police fear may have an explosive device on it. Federal officials, including FBI and ATF, are at the scene.

Moments ago individuals began exiting the bus. Capt. Mike Schwartz, at a media briefing earlier, said 17 people were on the bus at the start of the incident. The driver, he said, had gotten off the bus, turning off the ignition.

So far about a half dozen passengers have exited the bus with their hands raises and police tactical teams on either side.
