Pro-Trump rapper Kanye West, who famously said “George Bush doesn’t care about black people,” explains why he thinks President Donald Trump does care about black people.

In an interview with Chicago radio station 107.5 WGCI on Wednesday, West addressed a question he never got to answer during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this month.

Kimmel asked, “You so famously and so powerfully said ‘George Bush doesn’t care about black people.’ It makes me wonder, what makes you think that Donald Trump does?”

Responding to the formerly unanswered question, Kanye said Trump, “cares about the way black people feel about him, and he would like for black people to like him like they did when he was cool in the rap songs and all this and stuff.”

“He will do the things that are necessary to make that happen because he’s got an ego like all the rest of us, and he wants to be the greatest president, and he knows that he can’t be the greatest president without the acceptance of the black community,” West continued. “So it’s something he’s gonna work towards, but we’re gonna have to speak to him.”

West has been attacked by the establishment non-stop since he refused to bow to cultural Marxism and wore a MAGA hat and met with President Trump in defiance of the liberal-run entertainment industry.
