Many immigrants entering America are leaving countries that have been destroyed by corrupt politicians and bad government policies.

Once arriving in “the land of the free” many immigrants, legal and illegal, use their votes to support the exact same policies that ruined their homeland.

Project Director at the National Civic Movement of Guatemala, Gloria Alvarez, covers some of these destructive policies and shows how they are often the exact opposite of what makes America so desirable to people around the world.
