A Black Lives Matter protest planned in Fresno has police on edge and the precautions are being made.
Since Thursday at about 3:30 p.m., a Twitter post advertising the rally has gotten more than 250 retweets.
The person behind the post said while it is a Black Lives Matter protest, the message he’s pushing is that police brutality affects everyone.
Justice Medina helped start a social media movement.
“Over 20,000 people have seen the tweet,” he said. “I think there’s a lot of anger going around.”
He’s behind the message sent out on Twitter.
“Because of a lot of civilians that have been killed by police officers,” Medina said.
