Following the sensationalized arrest of three men in New York, FBI director James Comey urged Americans to inform on their neighbors if they are perceived to be “acting in strange ways.”

As reported by Infowars.com yesterday, the men busted for allegedly posting threats against Obama were shepherded by the FBI. This is now the case in virtually all the terrorist cases the government sensationalizes for political effect.

Murtaza Hussain, writing for The Intercept, details the extent an informant helped Abdurasul Hasanovich Juraboev, 24, and Akhror Saidakhmetov, 19, plan a trip to Syria to join ISIS.

“The covert informant under the direction of the FBI evidently helped encourage the two towards terrorism over the course of these months. Instead of dissuading them, the informant went so far as to watch recruitment videos with the 19-year old Saidakhmetov and help him make his travel documents,” Hussain writes.

As lurid news reports detailing the supposed danger posed by a “radicalized” teenager and a 24 year old droned over the corporate media, FBI boss Comey told the National Association of Attorneys General terror “isn’t a New York phenomenon or a Washington phenomenon,” but a phenomenon in every state of the Union.

“We have investigations of people in various stages of radicalizing in all 50 states,” Comey said.

He said the threat of domestic terror is active “in ways that are very hard to see” and the FBI depends on information sharing between state and local law enforcement and the federal government.

Comey said it was “highly unlikely” that federal agents are going to be the first to notice “someone acting in strange ways” on social media and in the community.

In turn, local law enforcement depends on citizens to participate in a “see something, say something” informant network sponsored and hyped by the Department of Homeland Security.

“The Joint Terrorism Task Forces that we have set up all around this country are in some ways more important today than they were at 9/11 because of the nature of this threat,” Comey said.

In essence, Comey is calling for tighter integration of the police state surveillance and secret police grid already in place across America.

In 2012, after it was revealed the federal government had engineered the destruction of the Occupy Wall Street movement, Naomi Wolf wrote about “a terrifying network of coordinated DHS, FBI, police, regional fusion center, and private-sector activity so completely merged into one another that the monstrous whole is, in fact, one entity.”

This entity, a monolithic surveillance and police state grid, is exploiting hapless and largely deluded individuals to push for continued enhancement of its power. Like the show trials of the Soviet era, the arrest and prosecution of these individuals, sensationalistically covered by a script reading establishment propaganda media, is being used to centralize, enhance and legitimize the power of the police state.

The prospect of scary domestic Muslims connected to a gruesomely depicted Islamic State in Syria and Iraq serve as a frontispiece for the real objective pursued by the Stasi-like police state apparatus — the surveillance and elimination of domestic political activity perceived as threatening by the state.

The surveillance state does this by compiling dossiers on all American citizens.

“Domestically, they’re pulling together all the data about virtually every U.S. citizen in the country and assembling that information, building communities that you have relationships with, and knowledge about you; what your activities are; what you’re doing. So the government is accumulating that kind of information about every individual person and it’s a very dangerous process,” NSA whistleblower William Binney explained in 2012.

Earlier this month CNN reported that the federal government considers “the domestic terror threat from sovereign citizen groups as equal to — and in some cases greater than — the threat from foreign Islamic terror groups, such as ISIS.”

“The FBI’s most recent national terror threat assessment list completely omits Islamic terrorists, instead focusing on sovereign citizens and the militia movement,” writes Paul Joseph Watson for Infowars.com.

The term “sovereign citizen” now functions as code for all Americans who advocate on behalf of the Constitution and other classical liberal ideals held by the founding fathers of the republic.
