This is not the first time Clinton has been accused of stealing from the Federal Government.
Back in 2002 it came out that the Clintons had taken $190,000 worth of china, rugs, furniture, T.V.’s and other items to their home when they left The White House.
After this went public they announced they would pay for $86,000 worth of gifts, or nearly half the amount.
