Security bosses in the UK have issued a terror threat warning based on data allegedly discovered on the laptop of Salah Abdeslam, the suspected Paris attack terrorist who trawled gay bars and acted as a “rent boy,” or a male prostitute, according to officials.

The data supposedly indicates Islamic State terrorists plan to attack Three Lions fans in the French city of Marseille when England plays Russia at Euro 2016. The quadrennial international men’s football championship of Europe is scheduled to be held from 10 June to 10 July 2016.

“England and Russia fans are obvious targets, because both countries are bombing IS in Syria and Iraq,” said a security source.

The threat is said to be based on photos of Marseille’s historic Old Port found on a computer linked to Abdeslam. The laptop was discovered at a Brussels safe house raided in March.

In addition to attacking the sports event directly, according to the UK sources, terrorists plan to shoot British fans at bars outside the official venue, The Sun reports.

“What they might attempt outside of the secure zones is what worries us most,” a senior Whitehall source told the newspaper. “Bars full of happy, drunk blokes are a very soft target.”

The computer also allegedly contained mention of a drone attack.

“Drones are mentioned on the computer but it’s not clear how they might have been used in an attack—possibly armed with chemical weapons,” the source continued. “A more conventional Paris-style assault on thousands of fans in bars before the game is seen as much more likely.”

Attacks on the Brussels business district, the Toulouse airport, and the EU Parliament in Strasbourg are said to also be mentioned on a list kept by IS terrorist Abdeslam.

Dubious Attack Cited to Keep French Police State in Place

Last week the French Parliament approved a two-month extension of a police state emergency decree put into place after the November attack. The extension specifically mentions the Euro 2016 games and also the Tour de France cycling race. Prime Minister Manuel Valls mentioned the tournament and said fan zones would be adequately protected.

The emergency decree allows police to place French citizens under house arrest and conduct raids without court authorization.

Earlier this month, the state used the decree to ban activists from participating in a demonstration against planned labor reforms. The decree was also invoked to shut down protests during the Cop21 climate change conference in Paris.

The French government announced it would not follow the European Human Rights Convention while the state of emergency is in effect.

Paris Terrorists: Gay Prostitute, Party Girl Who Had No Interest in Islam

Salah Abdeslam’s radicalization and connection to the Islamic State is tenuous at best.

“Brahim [Ibrahim] and Salah spent most of their days smoking hashish and playing on PlayStation in the bar. There was nothing to suggest they were radicalized,” a bartender who knew the Abdeslams told the Sunday Times.

Brahim was the brother of Salah. It is said he died in a suicide attack during the Paris terror attack last November.

Salah Abdeslam’s gay lifestyle, drug use and consumption of alcohol are at odds with the strict Wahhabi moral code supposedly followed by members of the Islamic State.

Another suspected terrorist linked to Abdeslam, Hasna Aitboulahcen, is described as a “party animal” with a “bad reputation” who smoked cigarettes, drank alcohol and showed no interest in Islam.

She was allegedly killed during a police siege of a terrorist hideout in the Paris suburb of St. Denis on November 18, 2015.
