A new iPhone and Android app available from next month will see the story of the September 11 terror attacks told by those who witnessed it and others who were first on the scene.
The Broadcastr oral history service will feature some 2,000 accounts from people who saw the 2001 assault on the World Trade Centre and the reaction of some of the emergency service workers who arrived on the scene.
Officials from the National September 11 Memorial & Museum teamed up with Broadcastr to ensure that the oral histories will become available to ground zero tourists and those on the web.
