Napolitano gets opportunity to pretend that Homeland Security really is here to protect us, and not act as the new Gestapo for the total takeover of society

Editor’s comment: As we have documented, every recent domestic terror plot in the United States has been contrived by the FBI. Yesterday’s incendiary packages have been blamed on someone protesting terrorism tip lines. Now Napolitano, figurehead of the Wal-Mart “see something, say something” Stasi snitch program, which is also now running in subways, has been targeted directly.

The fact that this was again barely more than a fizzle firework doesn’t even matter – the hysterical media will waste no time in inflating it as another ominous sign that domestic terrorists are everywhere and that Americans need to be treated like prisoners everywhere they go for their own safety.

Whether this was a staged false flag concocted by Big Sis or the act of a disgruntled American, it will be exploited all the same to advance Homeland Security’s total takeover of society, which as many have documented has nothing to do with security and everything to do with becoming the new Gestapo for 4th Reich America, while making vast profits in the process.

Package to U.S. homeland security chief ignites

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A package addressed to U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano ignited on Friday at a postal facility in Washington, D.C. but was quickly extinguished and no one was injured, authorities said.

A postal worker was tossing mail into a bin when the package was discovered “popping, smoking and with a brief flash of fire,” Cathy Lanier, chief of the Washington Metropolitan Police Department, said during a news conference.

The package was addressed to Napolitano and was believed to be similar to others found in two incidents involving packages delivered to Maryland state offices on Thursday, a Department of Homeland Security official said. No one was seriously injured in those incidents.

“Initial reporting indicates this incident bears characteristics similar to the flaring package incidents at two Maryland state facilities yesterday,” the DHS official said.
