Indeed, we are living in Bizarro World

Earlier this week, Sean Penn, the notoriously confused uber-liberal actor, told gun-grabber advocate Piers Morgan that Ted Cruz and the so-called Tea Party faction in the House should be rounded up and forcibly committed to a mental hospital. He said Obama should issue an executive order demanding action be taken.

“I think they have — there’s a mental health problem in Congress,” Penn said. “This would be solved by committing them by executive order, I think. Because these are our American brothers and sisters, we shouldn’t be criticizing them, attacking them … this is a cry for help.”

Piers Morgan was incredulous but Penn insisted Cruz is insane and needs help.

“You literally commit what, people like Ted Cruz?” Morgan asked.

“He is my American brother,” Penn said. “I think we should take care of him, he is in trouble.”

Senator Cruz and a minority of House Republicans moved last month to shut down the government over Obamacare and an effort to expand the federal debt ceiling.

Obamacare has since proven to be an unmitigated disaster. Congress moved to extend the debt and continue the bankster game of going through the Treasury and thus the Federal Reserve and print and borrow billions more of fiat funny money dollars that will ensure future generations are locked in debt.

For liberals like Mr. Penn, the prospect of fiscal sanity and a rejection of a bankrupt medical insurance system enforced at gunpoint and lorded over by mega-corporations is sanity while opposition is a sign of mental illness.

Indeed, we are living in Bizarro World.
