Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) said he would vote to move Brett Kavanaugh out of the Judiciary Committee for a full Senate vote as long as it’s delayed for one week for a FBI investigation.
That said, the committee has voted 11-10 in favor of sending Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Senate in a vote divided by party lines.
