British entertainer Piers Morgan was devastated on Twitter after he bashed US gun rights and the Second Amendment, in the biggest foot in his own mouth moment since his last showdown with Alex Jones.
Over the past few days, the former CNN host has gone on an anti-gun Twitter crusade, arguing with a Parkland shooting survivor and others about why Americans need to be disarmed.
Here he asks, “why does any civilian need ANY semi-automatic weapon?”

Here Morgan claims the Second Amendment was only meant for militias:

But when one Twitter user pointed out the US helped Great Britain win the First and Second World Wars, Morgan replied, “Thank you! Where would Britain be without you & your massive GUNS?!”
