Only a small handful of people wanted to see Hillary Clinton vice presidential pick Tim Kaine speak in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Monday.

Pictures and video show an extremely tiny crowd gathered at the event held at Florida International University, with many putting the estimate between 30 and 50 people including journalists, Secret Service agents and campaign operatives.

On top of that, a breeze blew the Virginia senator’s notes off the stage, prompting him to say, “Okay, it’s going to be a lot shorter speech now.”

Contrast the Clinton campaign’s pathetic turnout to the 20K plus crowd that greeted Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in Tampa the same day.

Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence also had far more people in attendance at his rally in Salisbury, North Carolina yesterday.

While the media and polls continue to depict a “tight race,” the numbers on the ground simply do not support that notion.
